I got them put in and I cannot tell you how nice it looks. I like the fact that it's easy to put on and take off the gems on top. You can't do this at home you need to take it to somebody to install for you at a piercing place but these are really really good quality and the stones are really cute. I'm so happy I got it. The process of getting it done wasn't bad. I like the fact that it has the openings on either side of the dermal part that goes under your skin so that it can heal around it. These are really nice I highly suggest not putting them in by yourself at home and going to a certified piercer or a licensed piercer and getting them done. It fit really really good on my cheek.
