Comes as pictured and this garland is a keeper.
Comes pretty much as pictured just added some more berries in a bare spot and restrung with LED lights to help fill it with a little more lights. Looks complete with the big bow in the center. Yeah its our jaw dropper garland and our favorite swag out of our entire National Tree Company collection and now we have it all. This one piece upgraded the look and set the perfect tone to our collection. It's no wonder why you cant find one used, because these are a keeper.

Cheap construction
This was an odd Mantel Swag and had weird, bright green, tape holding pieces of the sparse decorations. Certainly not as depicted in the photos. At least the lights worked.

Perfect mantle decoration
Perfect proportions and well balanced. Full branches, decorations and lights and got a lot of compliments from guests.

A great value
This product is a nice addition to our holiday décor. It is long enough to cover the length of our entire mantel and still have room to hang over the edges. The construction quality is very good and seems to be very durable considering this price point. The lights work but are slightly underwhelming, I would recommend adding more of your own. Overall, I would recommend this product. Although it's not the best out there, it certainly is a very nice piece for the price.

Not like the picture
My wife and I bought a National Tree Christmas tree last year and have been completely satisfied with it. Based on this experience and the number of positive reviews on Amazon, we bought this swag this year. When we opened the box, we found the swag basically rolled up in a ball and shoved into a plastic bag. We took it out and spent at least 30 minutes trying to fluff it an it still looked nothing like the picture. As others have mentioned, the decorations are not evenly distributed and the berries are bent in multiple directions. Unless you are a decorator specializing in Christmas decorating, I would pass on this item. We returned it the next day.
