On the left side you have your week days, the right side has a space for a shopping list. Between the lists is perforated so you can rip your shopping list off to take with you. It also comes with a handy mini magnet to pin the filled-in weekly planner to the fridge separately. The big pad has a full size magnet sheet on the back page and sticks really well.
