This saw is exactly what I needed to frag my corals. The quality is good and seems very simple to use. This makes it very easy to frag the corals. Love it !!

Works great cuts fast and straight

Has made cutting glass for stained glass easier and more efficient.

Great for cutting small pieces. Takes some finagaling to get the water drip right from the very small water tank.

Service was exceptional. The diamond sawblade arrived damaged and they used priority mail to send me a new one as fast as I have ever seen. This is a fine saw as long as it is used as intended. It is a light duty device, so if you expect to use it for many hours a week, every week, you should perhaps look to a more expensive one. This is a low volume, specialty tool and the design and tooling spread over the low volume of expected sales really makes the price point sensible. If they were selling hundreds of thousands of these saws the price would be very much lower. So, in conclusions: It works, and it works well but do not expect to use it as a production tool, and, yes, the company stands by this item.
