My 9 year old with special needs uses the diaper in the daytime with no issues. At night time we add a liner such as poise pad and do not experience any significant leakage. Would recommend trying to see if it works well for your child as it did mine.

It was difficult for us to find diapers for our older child with incontinence. These work very well during the day. Occasionally there is leakage at night, but that can happen with any diaper.

The waist size is good,but the rest of the diaper is to small.

Fits my 3 year old who is 3ft8in and 58lbs. The only size 7 we have found that is wider rather than longer! My son has wide hips and it took literally over a year to find a diaper that fit without leaving marks! (not pull-up we needed diapers for changing in public so he didn’t have to get undressed) he is autistic and not wanting to potty train just yet so these have been a life saver! I think they will probably fit him to about 65lbs.

Very very leaky!! These diapers swell an incredible amount and then will actually drip when wet. I thought it was a fluke but every one was the same. We get 8 packages a month through insurance.
