Beautiful frame, great value !!! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this frame. The gold tone is warm and refined, not overly bright, and it looks much more expensive than the price. It worked perfectly for a large canvas and instantly elevated the artwork. Simple, modern, and elegant — exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely purchase again.

Just what I was looking for to give my canvas a more finished, professional look. Super easy to assemble. I will say that centering the frame was a slight issue as it was not a precise, snug fit to the canvas. In the end, it looks great!!!!!!

It worked perfectly! I’m impressed with how easy it was to put together and how it looks. I just wish the gold color was available at the time of purchase.

For starters, I ordered the 48x36 bronze frame; and after a considerable amount of difficulty, our canvas picture looks very nice hanging on the living room wall. BUT, the assembly was not an “easy” task. I followed the instructions to the letter and had all kinds of trouble getting the corners flush and together. The initial assembly was easy. The problem came when I fitted my canvas picture to the frame, as it was a tad too big; which I suspect is a common problem for most people. Yes, with a little coaxing, it went into the frame. At that point, the corners still appeared to be okay, so I went ahead and screwed the frame to the picture. Big mistake; because that’s when I noticed gaps in some of the corners of the frame. Unfortunately, ALL the screws holding the picture to the frame had to be removed; and that was a real chore because I had stripped most of the heads securing the picture to the frame. To make a long story short, after tightening the corner brackets on the frame and reinstalling the picture, I skipped securing the picture to the frame with screws. Most of the screw heads were destroyed in the removal process, and I didn’t have the time to go and buy more. With that said, I still ended up with a small gap in one of the corners, that at this point isn’t worth redoing. IF I buy another one of these DIY frames, THIS is what I’d do different: 1. Drill pilot holes into the canvas frame, using no more than a couple of metal frame holes on the top and bottom of the frame; and possibly, one hole on each side. You DO NOT need to use all 12 screw holes. By drilling the pilot holes, you avoid putting stress on the frame corners and creating gaps. 2. Because the screws are so soft (and cheap), DO NOT attempt to tighten them flush with the metal frame. The ONLY thing that’s important is that they reasonably secure the picture to the frame; AND the frame corners don’t get jacked up in the process.

Good quality, really elevates the look of a wrapped canvas artwork. Impressed by the packaging, the supplies provided. The instructions were good, helpful to have 2 people when dealing with larger sized frames. Chose the bronze color, it's lighter in color (which I'm happy with) a nice sheen.

I am very pleased with these frames. The price for the 24x24 was very reasonable. Assembly was not difficult. At first it may seem like a Rubik’s Cube but you soon get the hang of it. Goes together nicely. I did it myself and I’m a senior lady. I have ordered several pieces of large custom canvas art with frames since moving into my current home about 7 years ago. I did a few custom canvas pieces that I chose not to frame. I decided later I wanted to frame. For one unique size in my living room I ordered a custom wood frame (not from here). Short story, it did not go together as they said. I gave up and am out that cost. I had ordered these for other floral prints (picture attached of one without frame and two completed). I ordered two, to try out, before the other frame fiasco, and even tried to cancel the shipment, but I couldn’t. So, I decided to try one and if it didn’t work, eat the cost and return the other. I am so glad the cancellation did not work 😀 I love the bronze and it elevates the look of this canvas work I ordered two more, so four in total.

I’m reordering this now. The quality is good but the one I received had a piece cut incorrectly at one end so it was impossible to make a flush square. I’ve worked with these types of frames before so I know what to expect. They are fiddly to put together in large sizes but the finish is very professional. As others mentioned these are extremely sharp so using gardening gloves or similar make them easier to handle. If my second one arrives similarly miscut I will be back updating my review, although I’m assuming that it was not a common occurrence based on the other reviews

I'm 100% happy with the frame (16x24) - its appearance, quality, and ease of assembly. As far as ability and handiness is concerned, I would rate myself as average with an eye for detail and am semi-patient. 1. The four sides and assembly pieces are well manufactured and of good quality - nothing flimsy or cheap. Nice booklet with straight forward directions. As other reviewers have mentioned, the corners are sharp, but not dangerously so as long as you keep them away from any toddlers. 2. I put together on my hardwood floor, taking my time to line the corners properly and slowly screwing in the corner sets...easy peasy. Took about five minutes. 3. My canvas print fit so well that I didn't have to use the backing screws; so, that was convenient. I definitely recommend this frame, especially for the price.

Looks great when constructed but a little tricky to build. Also absolutely razor sharp on the edges and screw pints that were not filed down so be careful!! Other than that it’s fine

Update: Customer service was very helpful and said it may have been cut slightly off at the factory and addressed the issue with them. I already order a new frame from a different brand so i was not able to try another one but maybe i will order another one in the future to see for a different canvas. Original: I ordered an 18 x 24 frame and it’s off by like a half inch on each side if not more. So I wouldn’t trust that the sizing is correct on this brand.

Perfect dimensions, good quality and the colour is beautiful. However, it's very expensive and isn't worth buying again. I would look for a cheaper option.
