Review: Packed with Information - I originally got this book to try and guide me in dealing with my wife's debilitating pain. We have tried a variety of traditional medical responses which are designed more to disguise the pain than to address the root causes. As is true of most books like this, each reader will gravitate towards different recommendations. In our case we will be addressing some of the healthy eating issues including the inclusion of special nutrients. We especially liked some of the recipes. We are already doing activities recommended by her physical therapist, but through consultation with him, we will be adjusting some of those regimens. Like many books such as this, the reading is a little slow. Mainly because it is packed with so much information. But do yourself a favor. Once you begin, stick with it. You will find the read worthwhile.
