Great idea but they don’t stay on. The sides of the goggles/glasses where the strap goes is not solid. It has a gap in it so when the dog shakes or plays they ping off and the strap needs putting back in the slot. This is very annoying when you’re on a walk with a couple of dogs. Due to fact I can’t use them I wouldn’t say they’re good value for money.

These seem to run a bit big, well they have done in my dogs case as tge clear lense is just a but more wider than her face and as a result sit a bit too close to her eyes. This of course causes tge lenses to steam up from the heat around her eyes. She has hardly any muzzle being a ShihApso. I orders a medium but in hignsight a size small would be much better. Ai did manage to adjust the straps to try and keep them on which did work but she has too much of a gap either side of her face. I wanted these as she is getting a lot of eye issues now and especially when it’s windy, she suffers with eye irritation or eye ulcers from scratching any grit in her eyes. It doesn’t help that she suffers from dry eyes too which would mean her wearing her goggles to protect them from loosing further moisture inside the eye too. They do look good and having one complete lense doesn’t make her feel so encased as we have tried others in the past with tinted lenses. Clear is the way forward to which I will be purchasing the smaller version soon. I liked tge straps as they are wide yet soft as well as being elasticated. Good value for money at £9.59 too being as they look tge better quality than previous ones I have reviewed.

These dog goggles are better thought out than most pet eyewear. The lenses are clear with good UV protection, and the anti-fog coating works well in practice, even on longer walks. They sit comfortably around the eyes without pressing in, and the iridescent finish gives them a fun look without affecting visibility. The adjustable straps are the key part. Once set properly, they hold the goggles securely in place without slipping, even during movement. They’ve been useful for car journeys with the window down and for windy or dusty walks, where eye protection genuinely makes a difference. These aren’t just novelty sunglasses. They’re practical eye protection for dogs that spend time in the wind, dust, or bright sun. As with any dog gear, there’s a bit of acclimatisation needed, but once fitted, they’re comfortable and effective. A solid choice if you actually need eye protection rather than just something for photos.
