TONBUX Comfort Bike Seat with Shock Absorbers and Waterproof Cover

I'm not sure I can mention prices or other retailers on Amazon so I'll just say that I recently picked up a mountain bike from a major retail conglomerate of the southern united states that cost less than one hundred dollars and I bought this bike primarily for exercise. The bike is great for what it was but the seat was absolutely punishing. I'm 5'10 (177cm) and I weight about 230lbs (107kg) and that factory seat that came with my bike was never going to work. I was sore for days after my first ride on it. This seat has made a world of difference I can actually ride my bike for extended periods and I dont experience any severe and lasting discomfort like I was with the bikes original seat and it was also pretty cool that there were a variety of colors so I could match the trim on my bike with the seat. I've uploaded some pictures to show the difference between the factory seat that came with my bike and this one and you can see it is much wider and thicker. It also comes with some built in shock absorbers for people with "hardtail" bikes. The shock absorbers are no replacement for a rear suspension but it does help. I did end up having to switch all the hardware for mounting the seat with the one off of my original as what came with it was at way too large of a diameter to fit securely on the seat stem of my bike without having to tighten it down to the point where with would bend the adjustment rails on the seat. It was a simple enough task but the fact that I had to do it is why I had to knock a couple stars off for ease of installation. Overall a great mod for my budget bicycle that makes it feel like a much more comfortable and expensive ride. I probably wouldn't put this on anything you're planning on doing serious trail riding or a bike that is stored outside as the soft vinyl seat exterior doesn't seem like it would hold up to much abuse but for a riding around town on weekends type of bike you can't beat this seat.

I replaced my old bike seat with this TONBUX seat, and the difference in comfort was noticeable right away. The extra padding and memory foam make longer rides much easier, especially compared to the harder seat I had before. The shock absorbers also help when riding over bumps or uneven pavement. It feels supportive without being too soft, and the wider design is comfortable without feeling bulky. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once tightened, it stayed securely in place. I also like that it comes with a waterproof cover, which is useful when leaving the bike outside.Overall, a really good upgrade if your regular bike seat gets uncomfortable after riding for a while. Definitely worth it.

This is a nice replacement bike seat for my older narrower harder OEM seat on my bike. I've gotten a bit wider in the butt and thighs and decided I needed more padding and width. This seat is pretty good. I think I could go with an even wider version. It has reflecting tape at the rear which is a bonus. It has mounting gear included for different style of poles and seat frames. I ditched their attachments and just retrofitted to my original seat mount. I had hoped for a bit more specific contouring for the perineum / prostate area - I could use a bit more with this seat ... however there is an "air way" dugout running through the middle of the seat. Kind of odd placement. Unfortunately it doesn't hit the perineum on me but it hits more my butt / anal area. I guess if I was wearing very thin shorts and sweating a lot, this "vent hole" might be helpful. All in all good seat at a good price.

Easy to put on

I had previously owned an earlier version of this seat which was reasonably comfortable, and purchased this later version as a replacement after some stitching came loose on my earlier one. I attempted to this new seat, but found it too uncomfortable. I returned this item and found them to be quite forthcoming without haggling in returning my purchase price.

Was not sure was going to fit, but manage to mount it and not only is comfortable, matches the Bike color too!

i bought this for my bike thinking it was just a gel cover until i received it in the mail. It is actually the entire seat and so i replaced the original seat on my bike and what a huge difference. I could not ride my bike cuz the seat was just so hard so now with this seat i am able to ride my bike. It is very comfortable and does not hurt my butt at all. I'm a bigger person as well so this was definitely a great purchase.
