Shabby looking outer cover.
The quality of the flask is ok but the plastic cover is so cheap and of very shabby in terms of fabric quality, strap quality and finishing. We cannot carry the flask for outing due to this shabby looking cover. Also introduce black color CAP as it's more neutral color.

Cup lid plastic quality is not good. Cannot tolerate hot tea and breaks after few days
The cup lid has very bad quality. I replaced it once and in both product the cup lid cannot tolerate hot tea and it breaks and results in leakage. Flask quality is good. Keeps hot for 24 hours. Go for it of you don't use the cup lid to drink tea. Or else go for Milton's standard Thermos with stainless steel cup lid.

Lovely. Still warmer than room temperature after 24 hours.
This has to be the best thermos I have ever used. I keep it by my bed, full of hot tea at night. When I wash & refill it at night, the little bit that is left is still slightly warm after 24 hours. I keep a bottle of drinking water by my bed too, to add to the tea at night so I donโt burn my mouth when I wake up. It absolutely keeps hot tea hot.

The thermos kept my hot tea hot. The order also included a carrier with a strap. I really like it!

Great product
I wasted so much money buying cheaper ones when I should have gotten this to begin with. It's true, you buy cheap- you buy twice (or 4 times in my case). I use it to put boiling water in for my baby's bottles. She cluster fed alot and boiling the kettle every time was a pain. This makes a good few bottles if cluster feeding before needing to be refilled (as needs to be above 70ยฐ to kill bacteria). Even when she's stopped cluster feeding and is drinking more and further apart, I get a couple bottles done (a few hours apart) before I need to refill with fresh boiled water. I also love the spout to pour! Makes it so much easier to not overfill or spill. Highly recommend.

Keeping my coffee hot not warm HOT
I've spent so much money on the thermos cups mugs that don't do ANYTHING BUT FIR JEEPING THINGS COLD. I need to keep my coffee โ๏ธ hot and my heavens this truly has me still telling everyone about it. I kid you not this keeps your coffee so hot for a good 18 or more hours depending on how cold it is. The first time I used it I knew I was going to be MAD ๐ because it wasn't going to work. My goodness did this bust my bubble. The absolute best mug thermos I love the cup that screws on it. I love everything about this. If you need coffee this comes in many sizes. I bought the big one because all I drink is coffee and water nothing else. This is so nice to make a pot fill this and start another pop incase anyone else wants coffee. I honestly don't know about cold truly don't care I'm only worried about the keeping it hot and my goodness it keeps it so hot once you pour in the cup it's not going to stay hot but if you're gong to drink it it will keep it hot until you're done. This is truly there best thermos I've bought in years way better then the Stanley. I spent alot more for that Stanley and it's on the cupboard due to not keeping my coffee as hot as I like it. I'm telling you everyone who drinks hot drinks Should have 2 of these doesn't matter the color. Also they come with a thermal holder to carry on your shoulder. Truly outstanding. I give 1 million stars ๐ this is the absolute best ๐
