How long does 2 pills work?

I take 2 at 5am and by 1pm I usually want to take 1 more, sometimes I do sometimes I dont. I won't recommend taking any after 2 pm as it makes it hard to sleep.

I have taken stuff like this before, and ingave me the worst gut rot of my life! Just wondering if anyone has has similar with this product?
