The Saian Silicone Mask Brush Face Applicator Spatula Trio includes three difference shaped spatulas to be used for applying facial masks on the skin and to scoop creams out of their jars. The product is developed by a female cosmetician. I often use spatulas in my face care regimen. For scooping out cream, they're indispensable to keep from contaminating the cream inside the jars with my fingers. They are an easy way to keep from getting creams and masks on my fingers during application. The spatulas I already owned were rigid plastic and although they were fine for scooping out creams, they were not good for spreading cosmetics on my skin. But these flexible silicone spatulas are gentle on my skin but firm enough to keep their shape during use. The three shapes in this set are a square spatula with slight concave curve, allowing it to adapt to the curve of my face when applying a facial mask, a round one that is good for scooping creams, and an angled shape that is good for scraping the last bits of cosmetics out of containers and applying them to narrow areas of my face. The edges of all three are smooth and soft, and they're well fastened to their clear rounded handles. But the handles have a completely flat bottom that makes a hard, blunt edge. As a result it isn't comfortable to hold the handle for a long period of time. It would have been better if the bottom edges were rounded. The spatulas wash easily. At the time of this review, each spatula in the set costs about $6.50 with the product page coupon. I think they're worth it, because they are made of high quality materials, versatile, easily washable, and reusable. Highly recommended.

Weekends are mask days for me and I used these last weekend for a couple different types of masks (cream and mud). They’re functional and easy to work with, but there are a few things that stood out to me once I started using them with different mask textures and jars. ➡️ THE HANDLES FEEL GOOD IN THE HAND BUT THEY WOULD BE BETTER IF THEY WERE JUST A BIT LONGER ➔ The current length makes it awkward when I’m trying to reach the bottom of a jar. ➔ My fingers get closer to the product than I want, which breaks the flow of application. ➔ I do like that the acrylic handles have the saiam logo on them. ➔ A little extra length would make them more comfortable and practical without changing the feel. ➡️ THE SILICONE HEADS HAVE THE RIGHT FIRMNESS FOR BOTH SCOOPING AND SPREADING ➔ The heads are not floppy, thanks goodness, so I can lift out thicker masks without the head bending away. ➔ The firmness gives me control when I’m smoothing product across the skin. ➔ They handle cream, gel, and mud masks equally well. ➡️ THE TAPERED EDGES MAKE IT EASY TO APPLY A CONSISTENT, EVEN LAYER WITHOUT WASTING PRODUCT ➔ I can control the thickness of the mask instead of accidentally laying it on too heavy. ➔ The tapered shape helps me get into smaller areas without creating ridges. ➔ It keeps the application efficient and even, which matters to me for both coverage and results, and it these make it faster to apply my masks. ➡️ THESE ARE VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND THEY DRY COMPLETELY WITHOUT ANY TRAPPED WATER ➔ Water doesn’t get between any parts, so there’s no hidden moisture. ➔ A quick wipe with a clean towel is enough to dry them fully. ➔ The simple construction keeps them hygienic and low maintenance. ➡️ BUT THE PACKAGING IS DISAPPOINTING AND DOESN’T PROVIDE ANY TAMPER‑EVIDENT ASSURANCE ➔ I really don't like that these arrive in a basic cellophane bag with a resealable adhesive flap. ➔ There’s no seal that shows whether they’ve been opened or handled. ➔ The unboxing experience feels cheap for something that touches skincare products. ➡️ THESE DON’T COME WITH A STORAGE POUCH AND I HAD TO PROVIDE MY OWN ➔ I ended up using a microfiber eyeglass bag, which works well. ➔ A simple included pouch would have made storage cleaner. ➔ It would also help keep the brushes dust‑free between uses. Overall, these brushes work really well for actual mask application, and the silicone heads are the standout feature. I just wish the handles were longer, the packaging was better and that they came with a simple storage pouch. The current price is about $22, which is okay. I'd expect to pay about $18-$20 for these, so it's a smidge high, but still okay.

So happy with this purchase! I've always taken pretty good care of my skin, but ever since those fine lines started showing up, I really buckled down and started researching ingredients, companies, doing comparisons about how to get the best quality for the best price, etc. Some of the best skincare products (for me) seem to be a bit sticky which can cause dragging of the skin which is the exact opposite of I want. The Saian Silicone Face Applicator Spatulas help with that tremendously, and also help keep me from wasting product by not only keeping product off my hands which also keeps my creams/jellies cleaner, but they're great for scraping the sides of larger containers (like my cold cream). The flexible silicone material is perfectly bendable but firm enough that it doesn't flop about and the handle is the perfect length. I love that there are 3 different spatulas - a flat edge, a rounded edge, and one with a combination edge. Thus far I've used the one with the rounded edge the most. I love the clean, simple look of them but most of all, I love their functionality. They work exactly as expected, seem very well-made, and are easy to clean and blot dry if needed, between products.
