There were some negative reviews for this Axe sharpening stone, but the product arrived as described and was well packaged and looks good. I was very pleased as I bought it for a gift.Sent promptly too.

This is a high quality sharpening stone with a useful and compact tin. It isn't particularly heavy either and it would therefore be possible to pack this down in your kit as a field sharpening tool. I would give it 5* if there wasn't as much difference between the coarse side and the finishing side. I think the coarse side is too aggressive. I could highly recommend this product though. Quality, value for money and storage/portability excellent.

A great product when out in the field.

Sadly this item came without the tin, which I require to protect the puck from damage.Sent back, not as described.

Cannot really say anything about it as yet as i have not used it 'but by the look and feel it should be fine
