Waste of money. Author doesn't know much about isometrics. There are many different ways to do isometrics ( different positions, different timing , none of which he mentions)Some of the exercises described don't match the photo ( pg. 143) . Two of the best books on the subject are " Overcoming Isometrics," by Matt Schifferle and " The complete Isometric Manual by Paul Wade.
