The chair assembled easily, and all the required parts were supplied, including the T-wrench. The chair is comfortable to sit in for a while. The controls are easy to reach and the lift works smoothly. The instructions are mostly okay, however, they are reversed for attaching the leg rest.That is easily discovered before you get too far. Also, there is only one stop pin on the leg rest support. You would be able to pull it all the way out, but you could run into an issue trying to pull the thing straight. The arms are in a good position and adjust as you recline. Overall the chair is okay, but it seems just a little less than great.

When opening up this package there as A TON OF black sand/metal inside of all the pieces as well as on the chair so I had to clean up my house right after I pulled this out making it take longer to put together. As well as you don't get any extra screws so if you drop one and can't find it you're out of luck. As well as the arms of the chair aren't strong at all because when I pushed myself up to reposition myself on the chair the arms instantly just were pushed out and broke. I would not recommend to purchase this chair as other chairs at lower price points are sturdier, cleaner, and are more forgiving to put together.

I absolutely love this chair. I’ve been using it for a week now and it’s been amazing It didn’t come with directions for assembly but it’s pretty straightforward. Took me about 20 minutes and came with nice tools I have hip dysplasia which can lead to hip pain after prolonged sitting, but 1. this is comfy enough to mitigate it and 2. the fold out foot rest allows me to change up my sitting position in fun and comfy ways (also great for my adhd) Feels like it’s going to last a long time. I love this

As you can see in the photos, there were some issues with this chair. The arms are bent in and cannot be adjusted. I think the mounting holes for the bolts are crooked. There is also some pen marks on the front which doesn’t affect the usability but is annoying. And the pull out leg rest is wonky and doesn’t come out very well. Also the material is incredibly thin. It was easy to put together and is still useable. I just expected it to be a little better made and a little higher quality.

This is one of the most comfortable computer chairs I've ever had the pleasure of sitting on. Assembly was easy and went together quickly. I purchased some of the inline skate type wheels and installed them instead of the standard ones that came with it, and that made this truly the perfect chair lol
