It was big for him and he loves it . Looks nice and fits perfectly in my daughters room. Has a lift up roof for cleaning and doors big enough for lots of reasons. I would recommend this product 10/10 . Worth the money ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good but some minor issues *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2019* I have two mini rex babies in this hutch. Those are tiny dwarf rabbits. First, after I assembled it, it looked great. I could not have built something that looks that nice and is solidly functional. The directions were less detailed or cared for than I would have liked but anyone with a brain can figure it out without too much trouble. One major point that they could improve on are the eye hook latches. I have 2 baby dwarf bunnies. Maybe 3 lbs soaking wet (we don't actually get them wet, that's bad for bunnies) and they grab the doors from the inside, with their teeth and shake it like mad. They know that's the way out and also where food comes so they are interested in it. Anyway, on their second day (actually night) they shook the door enough to pop the latch and had the run of the house for the night. Its actually a minor miracle they didn't kill themselves on their grand adventure. I fixed this by adding additional eye hook latches to every door so matter how much they shake they cant get both latches to pop. Another design flaw I fixed ( and I wish I could show you a pic that would explain) is that the wire sides on both sides of the lower level are TOO low. They kick out a bunch of bedding and hay. My fix was stupid easy. Got a super thin cedar board and cut small boards to raise up the level. Didn't nail, glue, or staple it in, I just cut it so it just barley fits. And sines its on the outside the bunnies can accidentally push it out. Now, no more spills. We also reinforced the bottom wit some 2x4s and added castors so we can roll it anywhere we need. Makes cleaning a breeze. Despite me saying all these fixes I think it is still a solid piece and a good buy. I only wish it was made in country. I am currently using it to brood baby chicks on the top floor and older chicks on the bottom floor before they move outside. Really well made and you can close off the different floors. Easy to put together and well made. I added hardware cloth the the top door so no babies could escape. Plastic removable floors for easy cleaning! Probably too small for regular size bunnies.
