Too Small, major leakage
If the person needing this product is 100 -150 pounds it should work. If they are at least 200 pounds it will not work. It will be too small. And leak horribly!

Promising based on testing with water
This review is for “Leak-Proof Female Wearable Urinal System for Women 100-330 lbs, Medical Grade Silicone Collector with 5 ft Tube Tube, 3 Reusable Leg Bags, Discreet Incontinence Kit for Travel & Home Care, Plus Size” priced at about $30 at the time of writing. I picked this up because I thought it might be useful for a family member in the future and possibly for long trips, so I tested it as thoroughly as I could without actually peeing in it. The product advertises that it works for men and women up to 300 lbs. It comes with written instructions and a QR code that links to a very clear video guide. I did not notice the QR code at first, so I attached the thigh straps incorrectly. Make sure to attach the straps near the belt and not near the collector, or they will be uncomfortable. It took me a little time to get the straps on correctly because I had to rely on feel. I could not see what I was doing unless I used a mirror. Once the straps were attached properly, the fit was comfortable. The kit includes adapters to shorten the belt if you are on the smaller end of the weight range. The belt is stretchy, lightweight, and comfortable. For reference, I am about 245 lbs, 5'7", postpartum, and have thick thighs. The silicone collector feels a little awkward to position as a woman, but it is soft and flexible. It made a very good seal when I tested it with a balloon. The written instructions for connecting the tubing and bags are clear. I tested the entire system connected together. The tubing is flexible, long enough, and does not kink easily. The bags feel like good quality, similar to enteral bags I already use daily for a family member, and there is no chemical smell. The kit includes a hook for holding the bag, but the hook is like one you’d put on a wall, and there is no garter or strap to secure the hook to a leg. Without a way to secure the bag, I wasn’t able to test this under clothing. I used a syringe without the plunger to run a few hundred milliliters of water through the system by gravity flow. The balloon stayed dry around the seal. I did not hear the water running through the tubing at first, but once there was water in the bag, I could hear it trickling. The locks on the bags are solid and easy to use when draining. The day bag should work under loose clothing as long as you have a way to secure it. The night bags are very large and would be difficult to hide if you are out of the house. There are no cleaning instructions included in the insert. I had originally planned to test how this handles actually peeing in it, but without having cleaning instructions I wasn’t comfortable doing that. I also only tried this on over leggings, for the same reason. I tested this product as thoroughly as I could within the limitations I described because I felt like it was important, especially as someone who may need to support a family member who uses this kind of product in the future. I’m disappointed I couldn’t fully test it due to the missing garter and missing cleaning instructions. These two things will be crucial for anyone who is new to this kind of product, though they may matter less to someone who has used a similar system before. Overall, it seems promising based on testing with water, but I cannot speak to real world use, long-term durability or cleaning. My testing is limited and potential buyers should look to other reviews to find the details I was unable to test. Because of those limitations, I cannot justify a higher rating.

Female urinal set works but could use some improvements
The set is packaged in a small zip lock bag. My order was shipped with other items in a box and arrived in perfect condition. The catheter consists of a soft silicone cup that snaps into a jockstrap style cloth piece. It has a velcro strap that tightens around your waist and two smaller cloth straps that go around your legs and secure in place with a button. The set also includes a section of vinyl tubing, a hook, clips and one 1000ml and 2 2000ml bags. The vinyl tubing has lines along the sides and has held up in my testing. The hook has a wall plate for mounting to a flat surface so seems out of place. The clips are small and difficult to use and feel like a strange way to shorten the waist strap. The bags are simple but have worked well in my testing. I find the 1000ml bags a better compromise of capacity and inconspicuousness so we found them to be more useful than the bigger 2000 ml bags. There were less expensive options when I was shopping so these weren't the greatest value. The silicone urinal sections have a molded edge that should make a loose seal on your skin. In our testing the urinal doesn't really inspire confidence as it doesn't form a tight seal to your skin and could leak if caught on clothing or if it shifted. I think these would really benefit from a better sealing method to prevent accidents where the urinal is attached, such as a hydrocolloid seal that would form a waterproof seal on your skin. As is this set just doesn't inspire real confidence.
