The right screw for the job
These were purchased for a very specific purpose. My company has these credit card machines that have a cable that plugs into them and you use a pair of these screws to secure the cable. We either lost the screws or they were missing from the packaging but these were the perfect fit. Highly recommend them for this purpose.

Strong, clean threads, good pan head screws
These screws arrived in good condition, inside a small plastic storage case that works well for keeping them organized. They are pan head screws with common M3 machine threads, 18mm in length as advertised. The Phillips head opening in the pan head isn't the best formed or cleanest cut screwdriver slot I've ever seen, with a few being malformed, but luckily the stainless steel is hard enough to help prevent the heads from stripping easily. Just make sure to use a good quality accurately sized bit. The machine threads themselves are cleanly cut and fit brass inserts, M3 nuts and tapped M3 holes equally well. So other than the few malformed screw heads I'm pretty happy with the quality of usefulness of these pan head screws. For the quantity of screws you receive these are a decent value as well. Despite the Phillips heads not being the best, I do recommend these M3x18 screws as a nice budget friendly option.
