Excellent, useful for practice. Easy to read. Simple algorithms for diagnostic.

I bought the book thinking that will help me in the lab. It lack of troubleshooting help. A lot of antibodies conditions are not there. short information in optomization procedures. No details in how to prepare the lab for cap or any other association. I think they just talk in general, all the things that we know. They are not very specific and they don't give detail in how to prepare a Histotech to run a new protocol, test a new antibody, look for differents solutions.etc. I work in a rsearch lab that I need to find out and look the best conditions for new antibodies ( not a routine or commercial antibodies that big companies sale for RTU) anybody can do that. I am really dissapointed because I spent 120 dollar in a book that I already know the information.
