Review: Good quality - Sturdy and good quality Review: Though many pieces look like they can never be level…. They end up that way. - This is a beautiful piece that seems to have controversial issues…. When it first arrived, and I removed it from the box, I saw that the internal pieces were sealed well, making them easy to clean and safe to eat from. But upon looking at the slices/platter portions originally, they didn’t look as though they had a seal on them that would protect the wood slice. However, upon removing the wrapping, I saw that there was a very light protective seal compared to the seal on the inner pieces. Another issue is the stand being level. When you first remove it from the box, it doesn’t look as though the pieces once attached will be level. In fact, as you assemble it, it doesn’t look as though it will even come close to being level however, once you actually get every last piece in, it’s actually more level than it would ever look like it could be. As each piece went in, they were crooked looking and leaning but once they were completely in and screwed tight, they became more level than possible so, before you judge how level is your piece, wait until you put it in place fully. The bark seems to have some issues as well. There is a very light layer of bark on the center pieces and a much thicker one on the slices/platters. There is some debate about these being real or imitation, about them being the natural bark slices that match the slices or glued on from their pieces or others. From what I see in mine, it looks like the original slice. If they altered pieces or added additional bark or not, I can’t tell and it looks natural. If the glue helps hold it together, I am all for it. Now the bark on the center pieces is what looks fake to me. And since that is completely coated in sealant, I’m fine with that decision. The way the product reads is similar. It just depends on how you read it. Does it really matter one way or another? That depends on you. As far as the rest, this is a beautifully crafted piece. I have been a cake decorator for years and loved when I saw these become available. Now, running a preschool and making cupcakes weekly, I have a more natural stand to place their treats on, and yet can make it more decorative while changing up the theme often. This is made well with quality materials. Some of the cuts are off center due to the size and shape. Also some of the center pieces look very off center and not level until you screw them down. On one I had to push down extra hard to get it moving a second time once it hit a certain point of the screw. Once together, this stand is very attractive and will look nice sitting on any table. You can use it for treats or decorations, Like the farmhouse tray that is so popular. The stand sits well and looks good. It is very large but, you can remove layers if you don’t need to hold that much. However large you make it, you have plenty of room to hold a bunch of treats for everyone. The fact you can use it many times over, makes it a value for the money. And the fact you can change up the theme with this design, means there is an unlimited number of ways to use this display stand.

Beautiful sturdy but was missing a screw.
It’s beautiful and solid but it was missing a screw so my husband try to buy one at the hardware store but didn’t match. He managed to put it together somehow after stressing out trying to find a solution. Thankfully we had a few days before the party. Make sure that you check for parts as soon as u get it. It’s beautiful so it was worth the trouble.

Cute, rustic multi-tier cupcake stand
This multi-tier wooden cupcake stand is actually quite delightful. I wasn't sure how they would work out each layer, having a bark design on the outside, but it actually works quite nicely. I was also a little concerned that the standing elements of the stem would not be that sturdy, but they are in fact quite stable once assembled and I think that this is due to the fact that they are not actually made with real wood and bark on the outside, but instead plastic that is meant to replicate that look. I was glad to see this, because I think that having bark in locations where you have food might be a little bit unsanitary. So, overall I'm very pleased with this cute cupcake stand and feel it's a good value for the price.

Not perfect but nice enough rustic stand...
I ordered the 5-tier version of this cupcake stand and overall I’m pretty happy with it. It has a really nice natural, rustic look that would work well for parties, dessert tables, or farmhouse-style decor. The wood looks like decent quality and it appears to have some kind of varnish or sealant on it, which should help protect it and make it easier to wipe clean. Assembly was straightforward with basic instructions included and everything piecing together easily. It even comes with a small screwdriver so you can put it together right out of the box. That said, you might find it easier to use your own screwdriver for a bit more leverage. The only real downside is that the inner columns are a little wonky. They’re slightly crooked, and the top column is wider than the others, which makes the stand look a bit uneven when you first put it together. Even with that, the overall structure still feels solid and stable, and it looks like it can support a fair amount of weight without any problems. I originally got this for cupcakes, but I’ll probably end up using it in the kitchen for general storage or to organize smaller items on the counter. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it seems decent quality for the price, functional and sturdy enough that I’m glad to have it.

above my expectations
This wooden cupcake stand has a charming rustic look and assembles quickly. The wood pieces are smooth and fit together securely without wobbling. Once set up, it holds a good amount of weight and displays cupcakes beautifully. The spacing between tiers is generous, so nothing feels crowded. Perfect for parties, showers, or dessert tables.
