Adjustable length
I like the weight of it, makes it a slower jump. Feels better on my knees when I jump rope for long periods. I'd recommend.

Good quality
This is a nice quality adult jump rope. Made of flexible yachting rope. It is heavy duty. It is easy to use, but the knots on the end are heavy. A little awkward swinging around. The knots are for adjusting the jump rope for taller people. This would be great for the gym and part of a work-out program. Comes with a carry bag.
