What can I say? These Generic 2 pack 19mm Breast Flanges are exactly what I needed for my Modela Harmony, but they work for my Modela Symphony work breast pump as well. With the right fit flanges, I am able to pump so much more milk at a faster rate. It’s sorcery.I have been using my handheld Modela Harmony pump lately just because I get so much more milk when I’m pumping and supporting the milk flow with my free hand in a way that I cannot with my portable wearable pumps… so I thought I was doing good with the 24mm that the Harmony came with even though I knew I needed 19mm flanges.BUT, after using the handheld with THESE flanges I was blown away with even how much more milk I getting per session. The longer spout gives more flexibility and doesn’t inflame or enlarge my nipples the way the 24mm flange does. It’s a better target flow that really allows let down easier. These will be my go-to from now on. I really wish they made these for my Momcozy and Spectra. I’m 4 months in breastfeeding only and just now getting into faithfully pumping at work.These just changed my whole perspective and have given me so much more confidence in my milk production. This is a great option for non-standard medela flanges when you need a different size. The silicone around the edges is the most current design and works well. I use my harmony pump and these are much more comfortable than what it comes with and gives me my regular output.

I got these to replace the originals I had, and everything seems identical so far. Material is durable even after being washed a handful of times in high-heat, and there isn't any gross residual oil from the factory on the plastic like the originals I had before had at first. Material is also medical-grade which was generally my biggest concern given the uncertainty of how a lot of stuff online may be produced, anything your child is going to consume you obviously wanna make sure is safe and all. Multiple sizes so you can utilize the flange size that works best for you.
