Color Changing Moisture Packets that Work
Have been using these in different food bags for a few months. I found they work really well inside our pet food bags. They really help keep the moisture down so that the food doesn't get stale. It is really easy to tell when they have done their job with the color change. The gel packets are also big enough to do a great job in a small bag of dog food. I use two packets for the 13 lb bag size. These won't fit into small medicine jars or containers because they are bigger than the ones that would be placed inside by the pharmacy. They are great for anything the size of a mason jar or bigger. They are durable and easy to use as well. Also, because they are food grade you can feel safe using them around your kitchen. Very happy with our purchase and believe we got the value for our money.

Affordable and multiple re-uses ! A great deal.
I got these to use in my food storage pantry. We're in Georgia so it can get a little humid here during the summer months. These silica gel packets are just what I needed. They are affordable, about $7 for 50 of them. I use them in my buckets and bins. I have others that I use in my jars and canisters. I do a lot of cooking and baking. My household is 11 people at this time, so I buy alot in bulk, like rice, pasta, oats, flour etc. I store them in 5 gallon buckets. The guide states that you need 5-6 of them in one 5 gallon bucket. My buckets of food are not for long term storage. It's just convenient to keep the items in the buckets, then fill my countertop canisters as I use it up. I find that three are sufficient for my "working" buckets. I put one about 1/3 of the way from the bottom, another about 2/3 of the way up, and one just on top of the food in the bucket. I'm opening the buckets often to refill, so I check them when I do that and replace them as needed. DON'T throw these silica gel packets away, as they're revivable. When they turn dark green, you just need to pop them into a microwave or oven and heat them for a couple of minutes, to bring them back to life. That's a big reason they're such a great bargain. I've bought others, in the past that aren't revivable, for more money than these. The quality of these, is very good. They're well sealed and food grade. Each one is 5g but it will absorb up to 40% of that in moisture before needing to be replaced or recharged. The look of them is also good. You can clearly see the color change, so you know exactly when they've stopped doing their job. Then, you just rejuvinate them and start using them again. I will be getting more of these in the near future. Thanks for reading. Have a blessed day ! 🤗

Keep my 3D Printer Filament Nice and Dry
These silica gel packets do a pretty good job of keeping my 3D printing filament nice and dry. I just toss one or two packets into a 1-gallon ZipLoc bag, or one of my vacuum seal bags if it's for a filament that's particularly susceptible to absorbing moisture, squeeze (or pump) the air out, and seal it up. I can tell at a glance whether the silica is still good, and when it starts turning green I just toss the packets into an old food dehydrator to recharge them. They're also good in filament dryers, if you intend to store your filament in the dryer. Each packet is roughly 2.375" x 1.75" (60mm x 45mm for you 3D printing enthusiasts), so kinda small, but if they're too small, just toss more into the bag. My basement is fairly dry, so humidity isn't a huge issue for me, and one or two packets seem to work just fine for me.

Great for moisture control and easy to reuse
I use silica packs regularly for storage, especially with things like 3D printer filament and electronics, and these have worked really well. The color-changing feature is the standout here. It’s nice being able to quickly see when they’ve absorbed moisture and need to be recharged instead of guessing. They’re a good size for smaller containers or storage bins, and having a 50-pack gives you plenty to spread around wherever you need them. I’ve used them in filament bags, tool cases, and even a few drawers, and they’ve held up well. The fact that they’re reusable is a big plus. Recharging them in the oven is simple, and they bounce back without any issues. It definitely makes them more cost-effective over time compared to disposable options. Build quality is solid for what they are. The packets feel durable enough and haven’t torn or leaked in my use so far. If I had one minor note, it would be that the 5g size is better for smaller spaces, so for larger storage areas you’ll want to use multiple packs. Overall, these are a reliable and practical option for keeping moisture under control, especially if you want something reusable and easy to monitor.

Worked great just make sure the size is correct for your application
These Color-Indicating Silica Gel Packets from QKOQKO are working quite well so far. We have some of them in a small storage bin to test the moisture absorption in with a humidity detector and they definitely absorb some of the moisture. We really liked that the packets themselves are durable and it was kind of neat to watch them slowly change color. They are great if you are storing something that can't stand up to humidity. Just throw a few in the container with your item and you can put it out of your mind. Overall we think they are a great value for the money and give them both a 5/5 star rating as well as our recommendation. They are great for any kind of storage.

If you 3-d print with PLA, you need these!
Whenever I'm done using a spool of PLA for 3-d printing, I usually store it in a ziplock bag, so it can't absorb any more moisture. With these, not only is it preventing moisture, but it's actually pulling moisture out of the PLA! I have digital humidity meters, and I tested them out. They were reading between 40 and 50% humidity in the bag, then I put two packets in each bag, and by the end of the day, they were reading between 10-20%! A little tip, it says you can microwave them, put I like to put them in the oven at the lowest setting, on a cookie sheet for a couple of hours. The beads cook off the moisture, and they don't "explode" like they can in the microwave. Definietly a cheap way to keep your filament ready to go!

Works well
The **QKOQKO Color-Indicating Silica Gel Packets** are an excellent solution for keeping items dry and protected from moisture. Each 5g packet is food-grade, making them safe for use in food storage, while also being versatile enough for closets, electronics, and other household items. The color-indicating feature is particularly useful, as it visually signals when the packets need to be recharged, adding convenience and preventing guesswork. These silica gel packets are reusable, which makes them eco-friendly and cost-effective over time. They effectively absorb moisture, helping to prevent mold, mildew, rust, and damage to electronics or stored goods. The 50-pack quantity ensures ample coverage for multiple applications, whether it’s protecting pantry staples, keeping toolboxes dry, or safeguarding delicate electronics. Overall, QKOQKO packets are lightweight, easy to use, and reliable, providing peace of mind for moisture-sensitive items. They are a practical and efficient addition to any home or workspace.
