I don't have cancer but i am mid age, non smoker and don't drink. but losing hair at a scary rate. other hair growth dries my hair. is this dry too?

I do not think this shampoo is for hair growth but for sensitive scalp during cancer treatment. I still use it many years after cancer because it is very mild and cleanses very well. I use this shampoo one day and alternate the next day with goats milk soap.

Is this product tested on animals?

Alra is a cruelty-free company so no, this product is not tested on animals. The mild conditioning shampoo has been known to moisturize hair while gently cleansing the scalp and has worked as others.

I'm currently post treatment, has this helped anyone with severe dandruff/ flaky dry scalp?

I used this shampoo when I lost my hair to chemotherapy. Found it to be mild and not drying to my scalp. Never hand dandruff so no comment on it. Love the way it now makes my hair shine. I use it about three or 4 times a month. Cancer free for 10 years and still use this shampoo
