Been using this potassium citrate for a bit now and it does exactly what I need it to. I work outside and sweat a lot, so keeping electrolytes balanced is huge for me. Since adding this in, I’ve noticed fewer headaches, less fatigue, and overall better energy throughout the day. Capsules are easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and no stomach issues which was something I was a little concerned about. Pairs well with my other electrolytes and fits right into my routine. If you’re active, sweating a lot, or just need a reliable potassium supplement, this one gets the job done. Would definitely buy again.

Have been taking these for nocturnal leg cramps, and they work great. No cramps since I bagan the supplements 10 days ago.

I had run out of Potassium a few months ago and never reordered. I started having issues like shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness etc. I felt like it was my heart and remembered about the potassium. I order this brand which came quickly and within 2 days the symptoms went away. Please note that I made a doctors appointment with my cardiologist to double check that nothing else was going on. I also saw my family doctor. They both feel like my potassium level was low and why I had the issues. Always check with your doctor!!

I feel that I should preface my review by saying that I used these to complete a 30-day fast, so when I say I found them hard to swallow, it may be partially due to basically forgetting how to swallow anything. That said, they were the biggest supplements in the handful of pills that I took every night to support my waterfast so they were the hardest to take. Add that to the fact that I have to take two of them and I don’t exactly look forward to pill time. Nevertheless, I would absolutely still choose these over taking “fasting salts” dissolved in water and will continue to do so as I extend my fast to 40 days. Since the capsules are vegetarian they have no bad flavor. Although they do not provide enough potassium to cover daily needs 100%, it seems to be enough to avoid any symptoms of deficiency while waterfasting. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product, I just wish it packed a little more nutrition into a slightly smaller capsule—maybe even just one capsule. I do give them credit for helping me maintain my electrolyte balance for the last 10 days of my 30-day fast.
