Some damage in shipping
Didn’t realize that rough handling in shipping added a dent that caused the blades to hit the side. Had to take it apart and use a rubber mallet to get it working smoothly. Runs fine now so far.

Assembly time can be long for the uninitiated.
The fan is wonderful! Assembly time is at least two hours unless you have assembled one before. The second or subsequent assembly times drop with experience. A cordless screw driver with a socket adapter and metric sockets is almost a must to expedite the process. Watch the 10-minute build video for some tips not included in the instructions. Also, a native English speaker should be brought in to edit the instruction manual to help eliminate vagueness in some cases. Pay attention to the "5A" part location in the video, as the book does not mention anything about it.

Powerful fan
Very powerful fan. It moves a large volume of air for its 36" size. I had an issue with missing parts and Happy Tao was very reputable and resolved all issues. The noise level is appropriate for a fan this size.

Fan is o.k if you can get all of it
The fan itself is ok. The problem is is that the fan is shipped in two parcels. the second parcel which is the safety grille for the fan was shipped back to the sender twice. as far as amazon knows it is marked shipped and delivered but it has not. So I have about three hours of assembly time, and a fan that can not be used. No real help from the seller. Disappointing to say the least. First negative transaction I have ever had on amazon.

Fan blows exceptionally well. Followed instructions to a T and ended up with plenty extra parts. Doesn't seem the most durable but time will tell with extended use.
