save your money. This stuff does not seal anything. it minimalized the water coming it but there was still water. Upon drying up when i ran my hand over the "waterproof" tape it was almost like the water was absorbed into the tape. Now i have to rip it all off and find something better to work...

Does fix flashing leaks.
Worked surprisingly well. This stuck great and I did not clean it. I just peeled and stuck it on there. Nothing to miss at all plenty big enough. I would like more color selections but nobody will see this so it should be just fine. Rained like hell and fixed my issue for sure!! I will buy more.

Sealed a leak
I used this to patch a hole in the side of my modular home. It seems to have done the trick. I have not noticed anymore leaking inside. It is very sticky and seems to be made to last.

Great product but crappy removing the backer paper
Peel off backer hard to remove.
