Add water and rehydrates very fast and tasty and chewy
Got these to help supplement my ramen noodles. I love that I can use this to add for missing veggies to help make it even better! It a good sized bag and very easy to use. It has a good subtle taste so definitely it will take in the flavor that your broth adds to your soup. The quality is very good and a good amount for the money. Overall very happy with it.

Easy to use dried seaweed
Over the last couple of years I have grown super fond of seaweed. I love having dried seaweed to add to my instant ramen dishes. These are so easy to add in while the noodles cook and they easily rehydrate and cook. I did like these, but didn't enjoy it as much as other brands I've had. The flavor wasn't quite as good and maybe I didn't like the cut/texture quite as much. Still it was good, and made my noodles tastier, but if price wasn't an issue, this one wouldn't be my first pick.

Great quality and value for the cost.
My husband loves putting seaweed in his ramen and other dishes. He likes dried Wakame seaweed is very much. The pieces are pre-cut and very small until you rehydrate them (see my photos). A little bit goes a long ways. The texture is great and the taste is what you would expect from high quality ingredients that have been processed well. Some pieces that have folded on themselves may have to be soaked a little bit longer in order for them to rehydrate completely. This is an 11 ounce bag and is definitely a great value for the cost. It’s resealable, super easy to cook with and tastes great. We definitely recommend.

A lot of seaweed for the price!
This is a great bargain for a lot of wakame and the bag reseals so none goes to waste. If you use it in ramen, miso soup, on top of rice, etc. you can be assured of having it for awhile! I don't often reconstitute it first but often just throw it in soup (where it reconstitutes in the broth) and it tastes great.
