Very good quality for disposable chopsticks. They are better than the pull apart ones seen at most restaurants. These are polished smooth and fit comfortably in my hands. The pull apart ones are square, awkward and sometimes splinter. They are disposable, but can be washed and dried for reusing. I have washed several pairs in hot soapy water and let them air dry. They work fine. I wouldn't put them in a dishwasher. I won't reuse every pair but they are too expensive to toss all of them out!
