Review: Blood pressure drop - I have research clinical studies showing nattokinase affect in improving arterial heath. I have been taking a little over the recommend dosage of 10800 FUs (3 capsules ) of this hipotency brand. I have seen a blood pressure average drop from 130 systolic pressure down to an average of 118 systolic. As far as artery plack reversal, I won't know until my next artery scan in a few months, I am hopeful but the drop in blood pressure is enough for me to take this supplement regularly on an empty stomach, every morning before breakfast. I believe consistency and potentcy is a key factor.

This nattokinase supplement appears to be well made and thoughtfully formulated. The labeling is clear, and I appreciate that it’s third-party tested and free from common allergens. The capsules are not too large and are easy to swallow, don't have an offensive taste, and don’t cause any discomfort. That said, it’s difficult to evaluate effectiveness in the short term. Since it’s intended for cardiovascular support, there aren’t any immediate or noticeable effects to gauge, especially if you don’t have a clear before-and-after comparison. Overall, it seems like a high-quality supplement with a clean formula and good manufacturing standards.
