I have sensory issues and the neck was a bit too tight for me. I got a long sleeve version of this which fits very well and the neck is somewhat loose. This one is tighter than I’d like so I had to cut the sides a bit to get it to fit. The long sleeve one I have has stretch. This one has NO stretch. It’s awesome looking but be aware of the no stretch and tight neck part
