I get bloated and constipated with altitude changes. I recently flew to Utah and after landing I immediately knew I was going to have a problem. By the third evening I was utterly miserable. My stomach was so extended and uncomfortable. My cousin had given me one of these pills the night before, but no relief. The next night she gave me two. In the middle of the night I woke up and I had no more pressure in my stomach and I slept better. In the morning I knew why…everything had liquified! Normal Transit Constipation – Stool moves at a normal speed but the person still feels constipated, often linked to diet or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Opioid-Induced Constipation – A side effect of opioid medications that slow gut motility. Functional Constipation – A chronic condition with no identifiable physical cause, often related to lifestyle factors. Secondary Constipation – Caused by an underlying condition (diabetes, hypothyroidism, neurological disorders, etc.) or medications. This matters when choosing a remedy — a stimulant laxative like the Herbal Nitro My Gentle Detox (which activates intestinal muscles) works well for slow transit constipation, but may be less effective for pelvic floor dysfunction, which often requires physical therapy. The bottom line is that this product will not work for everyone because no two constipation conditions are the same. You may have diarrhea for a day which may not be what ou expected...BUT it's a hell of a lot better than feeling like nothing is moving out the exit.

Sorry. Did not help us at all. ☹️. Constipation treatment differs tremendously from person to person. This probably works for a lot of people, just not us.

This product does not work at all, I took it each night for 3 consecutive nights, finally was so backed up had to rely on Dulcolax for relief, several others have posted the same on my facebook page. This is a SCAM!! I threw it in the garbage where it belongs.

This works better than it’s advertised every day you wouldn’t believe what it removes from your body no cramping no pain just a normal movement
