Has only one slit (for lowest harness). Strapping a baby in with the straps over the blanket does not adhere to car seat safety regulations for infants. It may be different for other colours or versions as some reviews said suitable for 3-5 point harness. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Had to cut holes in the fabric to fit car seat *by K***O on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 July 2019* This is a lovely blanket. The material is soft and cushioned and my little one feels secure when wrapped up in it. However, there is only one slit for the car seat strap and to strap over babys shoulders you have to pull over the blanket, which is both unsafe and uncomfortable.I had to cut holes in the fabric to accomodate.
