If you like Chinese mustard, you'll love this.
I haven't read every one of the many five star reviews. but I have yet to see what I think is an obvious observation: this is as close to hot Chinese mustard as I've found. You know the type they serve in Chinese restaurants? For me, this is the stuff! The other close comparison is Coleman's Mustard, the awesome English hot mustard. This is in that same category. It makes me want to buy some Chinese food just so I can use the sauce, which i recognize is ridiculous but this stuff is just that good.

Excellent Sauce
I'm always on the hunt for great sauces, especially for dipping onion rings. This one is close to perfect. Only issue is I wish is more sriracha & less horseradish, but still excellent flavor

Woah!
This combination of sriracha and horseradish is a flavor explosion, but not too spicy hot or overwhelming. IMHO, the best sauce in the Terrapin Ridge series.

Love the flavor !!
If you like Siracha, and if you like Horse Radish, this is a great combination. The Siracha tones down the Horse Radish, and the Horse Radish tones down the Siracha!! It is a perfect blend where you get both flavors but it's not over the top. It doesn't flare your nostrils. It's Just right. I will always have a spare bottle of this, so I don't run out.
