Worked for me very well, after surgery my buises healed faster than expected and I also used when I had a very nasty fall onto cement. I used it off and on about a two months at a time and them come off about a month. Will keep buying this...seeing I am a senior and will likely be needing it again.

I waited a week after I finished the whole bottle before writing the review. I had a medial thigh lift 16 days ago. I started taking it the day I got home from surgery. The dosage is 5 pills, twice a day. I took it as scheduled. The pills were a little big but easy to swallow. I sometimes have a hard time with pills but these were ok to swallow. While I don’t necessarily think it’s a miracle pill, I do think it helped shorten the duration of my bruising. I have two small bruises left and that’s it. I also think it prevented more bruising than normal based on past surgeries. My lymphatic massage person is the one who told me about it and said a lot of her clients have used it with good results. If I have another surgery I will buy it again. After all it’s basically a lot of vitamins so it can’t hurt!

This has help speed up the healing process. Surgeon approved.

I purchased the Healfast complete for my recent surgery. Started the pre and then just recently finished the post surgery recovery.I feel that this has helped me in my prep, recovery, and healing process. I would highly recommend this and would definitely use it again if I ever have to have surgery again.

I believe it is really helping with my speedy recovery. Although total knee replacement takes a while to heal properly, I can walk better than expected. The pain is still there but manageable after taking pain medication.

**Update** The company saw my previous 1 Star review and reached out to me and offered a refund. I am changing the score to a 3 Star because of the good service. If they offered an easy return policy it would have been a 4 Star. The product itself doesn't warrant a 5 Star.Original review: This product is basically a very expensive multi-vitamin. And there is no return policy allowed! We purchased this before needing a surgery so we could show the doctor the product. Our doc essentially said this product is a very high priced, standard multi-vitamin and he'd recommended another product on Amazon instead. I would return these as they are still unopened, but there is "no returns allowed"! Horrible!
