I only had one that had a bit too much fat on it, all the others were good. The best way to cook these quickly is to dip them in a nice amount of salt for an hour, cant over-salt it, them wash the steak, and put in a pan of melted butter and garlic at 420 degrees on each side 3 mins, dont touch. after each side, touch to tell doneness. in between your thumb and index finger, with thumb and index closest is rare. spread the thumb and index finger and the firmness you get is well done. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very good tasting steak *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 2, 2018* This I really liked, it was flavorful, rich and fresh, I froze it for use later in the week and it unfroze and was just as good. I cooked it in a Microwave browning bag for just 4 minutes (pre-marinade'd for about and hour in a Italian dressing with oil and vinegar -and a coating of Italian bread crumbs - and it came out GREAT. - super juicy medium well done. (What I like about these now hard to get *Brown & Crisp* bags are that you could hold them up after cooking (and waiting about a minute for the meat to regain some of its juices) and pour off the extra liquidized fat-.
