Fantastic book with brilliant illustrations. Easy to follow for children aged 2 upwards. My two yr old is able to name and do all of the poses. Definitely recommend

My Whole Family Loves This Book
A fantastic, interactive reading experience for your child. This book teaches you basic yoga and gives the poses kid friendly names. My child loves this book and we have so much fun practicing yoga with it's help!

Great for story time!
This was perfect for our ocean-themed story time. It has easy poses for kids of all ages and not too lengthy of a book. Illustrations are lovely, too. A hit with toddlers and pre-schoolers but I think the poses could be used for older kids, too.

Diverse characters and cute sea creatures!
Love the diversity in the illustrations of this Yoga series. Little ones love the simple poses and learning the animals names and sounds.
