**Q: Does this product come with a guarantee/warranty?**
A: Yes. Not sure if it was a year or 3. But Amazon stuff is guaranteed anyway. It's a great little unit and takes in lots of water which always condensed on the windows and walls of a small bedroom.

**Q: Hi, this machine is supposed to be equipped with castors, and I should be able to set the humidity level, and temperature. Anyone know how?**
A: This question baffles me. I plug the machine in, switch it on then empty it as needed - sorry I can'tbe more helpful

Does what it says although can’t work out how to program the timer. No instructions included. Nice and quite whilst working and easy to empty
