I saw this & bought it after looking at a few others. I'm glad I did! I can control the camera from my phone while I'm at work and I can hear everything very clear. When I'm home I can speak into it and hear it but I tried to speak into it the other day and they couldn't hear me, but that's ok as long as I can hear them that's perfect. I do just wish it was wireless, it does need to be plugged in at all times, nothing an extension cord cant help! The picture and sound quality are really great, love that you can rotate it 360 degrees & move it up and down to adjust picture right from your phone. Also love the ability to talk through your phone and have it come clearly through the camera. Only down side I found is when running the app I don't know how to just close it/stop using it without doing a force stop, and then have to reconnect the monitor to the app each use. Also when setting it up to connect it makes a very loud tweeting noise & also it says on the app to press reset button which there is none I can find nor is it mentioned in the instruction manual (which is tiny). This may just be a learning cure with using the app. Once connected it works great!
