Why is this product so expensive? Am i missing sometjing?

It's a specialty product. You don't need it, unless you want to program for 12 hours every day or under intense sunlight by the beach. Also you must be comfortable adjusting the UI themes of your computer to make best use. All software from 30-40 years ago like Athena widgets and twm that were made for monochrome LCD look amazing.

Will the newest model -- paperlike hd-ft become available?

Hi, Dasung is having production problems right now. They are sending me a HD touch Front light demo. Once I have it and test it I will than place an order with them. Once I place the order Dasung has told me they will ship in 4 weeks. I will than have to test every unit than ship to Amazon. So my guess is end of May.
