I would give this product zero stars if I could. I didn't hook it up within a month of my purchase so I am unable to return or exchange the unit. It leaks CO2 constantly with no way to completely shut it off. Unplugged, CO2 is still running, plugged in with the needle valve tightened all the way down, it is still injecting CO2. Crappy product.

after less than 24 hours, the solenoid is stuck in the "ON" position. The needle valve and regulator seem to be of decent quality for the price, so I can make it work. Just don't rely on the solenoid.

From the moment I hooked up the solenoid didn’t work. Bubbles came out without the solenoid plugged in. Only works if you mess with it it is not consistent.

Poor quality. Solenoid doesn’t shut off CO2. Leaks badly!Do not buy!

I bought this regulator a while back for my planted tank aquarium setup. I did the dry-start method of planting the aquarium then added water and set up the co2 system after a few months. It was working fine for a few days and then I noticed that no more bubbles were coming out of the diffuser one morning. I looked at the solenoid on the bottom (black part) and it had a melted plastic nipple shape coming out of it. Now the co2 tank is still full but regulator is broken. Hope my plants can make it until I can order another one. I will probably buy some flourish excel to hold them over.
