Down south coffee!
Very smooth and strong with a hint of sweetness. It does not over power your mouth. A lot of coffee comes with the bag. But it is not cheap coffee. I have no problem with the price. I am going to buy it again.

The taste of this espresso is fantastic
I usually bought the small bags of the Waverly house espresso, and then I started buying a 2 pound bag of another brand, then I found the 2lb pound bag on Amazon and switched back to the Waverly espresso and I could not believe the difference: The taste of the Waverly was ten times better. It is more expensive but well worth the price. I also took a class on how to make espresso at Joe Coffee. As I drink a double expresso black, when I use the Waverly espresso it is smooth and you can taste the subtle ingredients in the espresso.

Roasting date too old
Its ok for the price.. but roasting date was more than a few month old. My order was roasted in January, received in April.. When you order directly from Joe, you receive a bag that was roasted just a few days prior to shipped date. For me a freshly roasted batch is worth $14.50 per bag.
