This mop and bucket system is a great product. I bought it after comparing it to other systems and decided that this one was superior. I was anxiously anticipating its arrival. When I received it, I too, had difficulty getting the pump to adequately wet and wash my mop head like other customers reported. I reached out to customer service, and they promptly sent me a whole new replacement within just a few days. The new one works great, and I am thrilled with the product. No more wringing out dirty mop heads for me!!

After company quickly resolved my issues: 5 stars! Below was my initial 2 star review of the PRODUCT. This is my 5 star review of the COMPANY. Their unexpectedly rapid and professional response to my initial review was as good as it gets. The folks at HoMettler contacted me within hours, expressed genuine concern, and volunteered two very acceptable and responsible options to resolve my disappointment. And, they followed through promptly and professionally. Kudos to them!! After disappointing trial: 2 stars. I spent a lot of time looking for this product and even though there were similar ones 25% cheaper, I went with it. I am cleaning wooden floors, so I need a little water/cleaning solution but not too much, something to scrub the floor, and something to help pick up excess moisture quickly. This product promises to do this and nearly does, but not really. While the micro cloths clean and "rinse" (squeeze out excess moisture), the first stage where you dampen the mop is worthless. It doesn't wet or dampen the mop. It looks alike a pump mechanism that brings up a tiny squirt of moisture from your clean water tank with each stroke of the mop, up and down, it the proper slot. Well, 50 strokes won't even get the darn thing damp enough to wash the floor. I had to use a spray bottle of clean water/solution, then use the mop, then use the contraption to dry out any excess moisture. So half the system is faulty and doesn't work. Likely, either other brands or other solutions are better than this product as it is promoted.

Took me a minute to figure out how to get it to function there’s a little roller inside you have to a bit of strength to get it working in the beginning but it’s a fantastic little mop. Gets easier to use the more you use it! Highly recommend really easy to use once you figure it out. Interesting design. The handles don’t seem that durable so definitely not good for a heavy hand and the size is good and the weight is light. Update: It's been WELL used 🤣 3 dogs are messy, but its easy to clean and comes with MULTIPLE replacement pads. Added a photos its been used and abused and holding up well 🤣 due for a scrub itself 🤣

The concept was great but it’s more work to get the mop wet than it is to mop the floor. The base is so lite you have to hold it down to get the mop wet.

This is a fantastic product. I cleaned our front porch using one bucket rather than having to change dirty water four times! It works great if you follow directions. No problems with the bucket lifting unless the top piece wasn't firmly locked into the bottom.

Do not waste your money on this. The red plug in the bottom often loose and water leaks everywhere. I regretted buying this. The return window was closed before the item stopped working properly. I need my money refunded back to my account.

Love it, I add 1/4 cup of Mr. Clean to the water and it does a fantastic job on my laminated floors. Quality construction, I’ve had others that I had issues with the mop heads wearing out quickly bye to the squeeze ha dead. This head design keeps that from happening
