My first trip with the bag it came back damaged. Tried emailing hello@ monos and was told to file a claim with thr airport. I didn't see the damage until days later. They do not honor their warranty. The email to the CEO Victor Tam bounced. If the company was located in the U.S. it would be a class action lawsuit.
