True Scottish wool & very soft with natural water resistance. Sturdy weave with deep beautiful color (Mc Donald). The week I received this scarf was the first rainy week of the year & this scarf is now my best friend, next to those rainy days!!

I purchased two of these lovely scarves for holiday presents. They're warm, well made and gorgeous. I've been to Scotland, and these are the real deal (just like you would buy in Scotland).

Plain, classic basic. No frills, just understated and classy. Looks far more expensive than it is. An excellent buy!

My cat has an affinity for a lovely Buchanan tartan wool blanket that I brought back from Scotland. In an attempt to reclaim my beautiful and not inexpensive blanket, I purchased this considerably less expensive but no less lovely scarf for his new cat bed. The scarf is thinner but a nice weight. It would be too hot if it was thicker! The colors are vibrant. If I hadn’t intended it for my cat, I’d happily wear it myself.

My husband loves his scarf! It’s not heavy around the neck and very soft. He actually wears it with his Wrangler denim jacket and looks great on him!

Absolutely love this scarf. Exactly what you would expect, and just as pictured. My only issue with this scarf is that I wish it was a few inches longer.

After substantial research I stumbled across this piece of tartan. Aye it was the expected colour and it was indeed a scarf.

This is a stunning scarf - the 'Lindsay' colours are an A/W dream. It's not too itchy - which is unsual for me, as I have a number of wool scarves that drive me distracted and are tolerated for warmth/aesthetic only! Perhaps this is because lambswool specifically is softer?It is a little short, maybe, but apart from that, absolutely lovely.

I bought this scarf with an idea of wearing it over my coat throwing one side casually over the shoulder. Due to how think the scarf is that won't be possible. It is good for under a coat or folded double with a knot. So probably it is my mistake to count on it as a fashion statement. Although I will definitely find a use for it and will wear it with please on some occasions.

The tartan scarf was bought as a gift and was very gratefully received. The lambs wool is soft and warm and above all the tartan scarf looks very stylish. However, if you are looking for a thick, chunky scarf you should bear in mind that such scarves do not generally belong to this style and design.
