Cheap & Missing Screws/Washers, etc. *by M***C on Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2018* UPDATE: seller contacted me and was very nice, they apologized about the item and to correct the issue. It's good customer service for a smaller and newer shop. This set arrived with the bag of screws/washers ripped open and all over the inside of the box. No instructions so I was building with only the listing photo and common sense. While putting it together I became aware that there are not enough washers and some of the pre drilled holes were covered by the plastic wicker that I couldn't get the screws in. The legs on the two chairs are not even the same length so they wobble badly. And the glass table was missing the little rubber suctions to keep it from sliding. I get that its was only a $200 set, but the quality control is abysmal.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful 😻 I love it *by A***Z on Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2022* The media could not be loaded. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/80312968-small-patio-furniture-set-outdoor-wicker-porch-furniture-loveseat-chairs](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/80312968-small-patio-furniture-set-outdoor-wicker-porch-furniture-loveseat-chairs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
