Not only is this an extra nice-looking magnifying glass, it is very useful and effective. Feels good in the hand and the glass is extra-clear.

While the handle is made of plastic, it looks like wood and the lens housing looks like brass (but is plastic also).It's very nice looking and heavy as the lens is glass. I will have to get a small soft cloth bag to protect the lens as my desk doesn't have drawers and I want to keep it from getting scratched. Looks great and I am enjoying using it.

Clear lens and good magnification—perfect for reading small print or doing crafts. It’s lightweight and easy to hold. I just wish the handle was a bit sturdier. Overall, really useful and worth it!

Works great and good quality

This was exactly what I hoped it would be. I ordered one just to see if I liked it and I do so I’m now going to order three more so that I’ll have them handy throughout the house. It is worth the money to me to be able to read the fine print wherever I am at. I see no distortion with the one that I received and it’s not such a long handle that it’s hard to put in a drawer. It came in a little bubble wrap envelope, which I will keep it in to keep it from scratching.

The Magnifying Glass 6X Magnification Magnifier Handheld Magnifier for Science is well-designed, easy to handle, and functions well - although I don't think it's 6x magnification - seems more like 3x when I compare it side-by-side with other magnifying glasses. Thankfully, I wasn't as concerned about the magnification power because I was just buying it as part of a gag gift.

The magnifying glass is exactly what I was looking for. It helps me read small print on grocery items and all other reading material. I tried to find this magnigying glass at Staples as well as Chapters and it is not available. I don't understand why magnifying glass is not available in Alberta? Most people have vision difficulties escpeially inherited glaucoma. I was told that many customers ask for this kind of magnifying glass. I am happy that I was able to find and purchase this magnifying glass on Amazon. Execellent product.
