Does this come with a 2020 charm?

How can i get a different color tassel? I need a white one instead.

9x9 inches square. The head band is elastic in the back of cap. Hope this helps.

Don’t buy spend a bit more

Personally I didn’t like the material for a party or fancy dress would be fine. But if you buy this for a graduation other than at home use you might regret as it doesn’t look the real thing. Seen a bit dearer ones that look more realistic. But it’s personal preference. I returned mine.
