This is a great value at under $20!Why isn't this a 5 Star Product?The case is made of a slightly glossy leather overlaid onto a plastic mold. Because of the shininess, the leather gives a cheaper appearance compared to other leather goods. The leather overlays could be more exacting with better attention to detail and tighter tolerances BUT, for the price, I wouldn’t expect it to be much better than it is. That said, if you are looking for something akin to the genuine Apple leather case for your iPhone, you won't find one here. That is the extent of the negative feedback I have for the case.Why is this a 4 Star Product?The AirPods slide into the case with ease and opening and closing the case causes no issue. If you have a problem installing this case, you are trying too hard. Once the case is on, it is a perfect fit for the AirPods. Opening and closing the case is flawless. As with other cases for the AirPods, the bottom of the case slides up slightly so that the earpieces can be accessed easily with the lid fully open. This is by design and shouldn’t alarm you. The hinge on the back is a thin piece of the leather as other reviewers have mentioned. However, I have had no issue with this ripping after opening and closing the case about a hundred times and the case shows no signs that ripping will occur anytime soon. The cutout for the lightning cable is large and should allow for almost any cable to fit inside. There is a small logo embossed on the back of the case but, it is a much smaller logo than what I've seen on other leather cases. Definitely not a deal breaker for the case.I have attached a video and photos of the case for reference. I would recommend this case to anyone who just purchased their AirPods, is looking for a case and, who doesn't wanted a grabby, clingy, lint-magnet-of-a-silicone case in their pocket. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sleek AF!! *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2018* Bought this product with concern understanding people had both negative and positive comments about it. But I’m here to give my opinion. It’s super sturdy and if you couldn’t tell by my title, it’s quite sleek and formal. The lower portion does slide out from the case when opened but that’s what I love about it, I can get the AirPods more easily. Inside is a smooth rubbery plastic but I appreciate that design more because not only does it offer better scratch resistance but shock durability. So if you happen to drop them, that rubbery insulation will allow comfort and protection from a hard fall. Overall a phenomenal purchase for only 20$ And I’ve bought enough cases for my AirPods to know these are the better of the bunch for the low price. Plus they don’t collect lint like the basic rubber kinds do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THE BEST PROTECTION OUT THERE *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 7, 2018* If you love your airpods as much as I do... you know that keeping them clean and protected is really hard with our daily life struggles..
