These bags are much heavier than the ones I purchased from a restaurant supplier. Very reasonable priced, especially for heavy duty bags. My first usage of the bags was to brine 4 Lake Michigan fish in one of them to be smoked. There was no leakage of the brine with the double seal. Very happy with my two gallon bag purchase.

Great for store kitchen items

The 2 gallon bags are very strong. They seal very tight. The bags are great for large cuts of meat and keep it fresh for longer periods.

Just what I wanted. However, UPS delivered a shredded packaging, with a mangled box containing the product inside. CHANGE SHIPPERS... Second package through Amazon that arrived opened and damaged.

After using up a disappointing box of name-brand zipper lock bags (half of them wouldn't seal), I ordered these bags and found them to be much more reliable (all of them so far seal up!). And the price is better than the name brand bags.
